At Black River Landing all summer long:

• September 2   Organized Labor FestivalSpecial Events rules apply to all events at Black River Landing.  No outside food, beverages or coolers are permitted during festivals and concerts.  No distribution of literature is permitted at any Lorain Port Authority events unless approved in writing by the Lorain Port Authority.
• All vendors must apply to the Lorain Port Authority for permission to vend at all Lorain Port Authority events.
