Facility Rental

Looking for a wedding location along the banks of the Black River? Searching for a new location for your reunion? The Lorain Port Authority has indoor and outdoor spaces groups can rent for special events.

 

Although the parks are provided for public use, a reservation is required for scheduled functions in order to ensure availability of the facilities. Applications are available at the Port Authority offices M-F 8:30am-4:30pm and will be issued on a first-come-first-serve basis.

 

The Port Authority reserves the right to reject any request and all Port Authority functions take precedence. Please help us keep our port beautiful by using the trash receptacles that are provided.

 

Hours
All parks close at 11:00 PM EST.

 

Accessibility
All of the Lorain Port Authority’s facilities are wheelchair accessible.

 

Vendors
The vending of any type of goods is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the Port Authority. The Port Authority may invite vendors for special events but reserves the right to reject any request. Please call (440) 204-2269 for information about permits.
