Riverside Park

This beautifully landscaped park on the river is a great place to view the ore ships and Lorain’s Charles Berry Bascule Bridge. Enjoy our fishing pier along Lorain’s Black River, or relax in the park at one of our two pavilions that are available for public use. The pavilions are equipped with two 110-volt outlets each and one charcoal grill, along with lighting and trash receptacles. Permanent restrooms are located on the west end of Lakeside Landing, adjacent to Riverside Park. Special provisions are made for Port Authority events.

Riverside Park boasts a well-maintained playground and a large grass area for games and special events. It’s the perfect place to kick off your shoes and enjoy a beautiful day!
